Returns and Exchanges

When our drivers pick up the food from our vendors, they check it for quality. Please note that because this is surplus food, misshapen and (lightly) blemished fruits and vegetables are completely normal. Low aesthetic appeal does not compromise nutritional value!

If you are not happy with your product, please contact us and describe why you are not happy with the product. We do not do returns; however, we are happy to do exchanges at no additional cost to you.

Once your complaint is processed, you will be provided a discount code equalling the value of your original purchase. At checkout of your new order, simply enter the code and have the credit applied to your order.
